Our staff will work with you to determine the payment options that work best for you and your family. For treatment requiring multiple appointments, we will gladly divide payments equally for your convenience. Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
As a courtesy to our patients, we accept most all dental insurances and will be happy to file your insurance claim for you. Since we do NOT participate in any dental network, any remaining balance will be the responsibility of the patient.
We accept IN-NETWORK BENEFITS from DELTA DENTAL PREMIER and HEALTHSMART.
Appointments and Cancellations
We strive to accommodate you with a date and time that fits your schedule. We require a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $40 charge per hour scheduled. Since our office is closed on Fridays, Thursday is considered the 24-hour notice period for appointments scheduled for the following Monday. All emergency situations will be taken into consideration.
